Exhale: Core Fusion – Thighs & Glutes
I was rather elated to get the new Core Fusion DVD considering that I’ve been doing the other two for months, I totally immersed myself in the whole thing at one go. Adding to the list, I topped up with the Round Back/Flat back Abs, the Pure Core and the stretch from Pilates Plus and heck am I sore, two days after.
This new DVD really gets all the muscles to work; hips, waist, tights, glutes, hamstrings and calves. I love it that Fred and Liz are more conversant in this one about potential ‘pain’ i.e. shaking, burning, etc. With that at least beginners wouldn’t freak out at the slightest pain.
Liz has a superb body and totally motivates when I watch her do it with a bare belly – can’t wait to get that belly! All five segments are active, which is wonderful, because I can use my own cool down or the other segments from the other DVDs. I really can’t wait to do it again!
Having the three Core Fusion DVDs in one go really allows a wholesome workout program. The convenient 10 minute (plus 5 minute bonus sections on Body Sculpt and Pilates Plus) sections are a real bonus. In the long run I’m sure I can boost my strength gradually.
Core Fusion is for those of you who find Jillian Michaels too reminiscent of an army general. They’re not only safer, in my opinion, but it also gives thorough and deep workouts that will soon give you the body you’ve always wanted.
